Holding both CeMAP and Cert CII ER qualifications, Mark brings over 21 years of experience in the mortgage and property finance industry. Since beginning his career in 2004, he has worked across a variety of sectors, including estate agency-based mortgage advice, specialist lending, and advising members of the Metropolitan Police.
Since 2012, Mark has specialised in later life lending, helping clients navigate their financial options in later years and achieve their long-term goals. Throughout his career, he has been passionate about educating clients, dispelling common misconceptions surrounding equity release, and providing clear, tailored advice across mortgages, protection, and later life lending solutions.
Mark is particularly committed to delivering exceptional client care and building lasting relationships with both clients and their families. His approach focuses on supporting people at every stage of their property ownership journey, from first-time buyers through to those looking to unlock wealth from their homes in retirement.
